Franz Simm founded his company under the same name in Neugablonz in 1955.
In the first few years, the core business was the production of frames for gemstones. The cutting tools required for this were then – as they are today – manufactured in our own tool and mold construction.
Due to the market requirements, the company was able to expand in 1972 by casting metal parts

As a partner for fashion jewelry manufacturers, jewelry designers as well as the textile and leather industry, Franz Simm has been producing cut, pulled and pressed semi-finished metal products for the production of fashion jewelry since 1955.
The Franz Simm company has developed steadily and thus supplies well-known designers and courtiers with stone settings, chains and stampings. This provides a basis for creative costume jewellery. Thanks to the technically very well-equipped tool production in Neugablonz, your ideas are implemented through craftsmanship, attention to detail and high precision right through to the finished product.
In 2010 and 2016, the product range was expanded through the purchase of the Rücker and Reinisch companies. Franz Simm is one of the largest manufacturers of metal semi-finished goods in the area.
The family company is now run by the second and third generation with Daniela Singer and Alexander Singer and, with its 50 employees, has an annual turnover of 5 million.
As a global provider, the number of customers from home and abroad continuously increases.

The material used TOMBAK MS 85 (85% copper) is a brass with an increased copper content. It is easily deformable, is easy to solder and is free of lead and nickel.

Long-standing samples can be revised and continued to current standards through our modern tool construction. With the online shop, the ordering process is simple and customer-oriented and – in conjunction with a storage and logistics system – the availability of the standard products is guaranteed within 3 working days.
